The 6th Cheshire Tournament was held on 8th February 2003 in Crewe.
Held during the Crewe Chess Congress, Saturday 8th February 2003 at Bentley Motors Works Restaurant, Pyms Lane, Crewe, Cheshire, 22 players attended. Winner of the open section was Tony Atkins (2 dan Bracknell); second was Tim Hunt (3 dan Milton Keynes). Winner of the handicap section was Robin Hobbes (3 kyu Manchester). Also on 4/5 were Ben Swann (9 kyu Manchester) and Chris Kirkham (2 kyu Manchester). George Leach (10 kyu Liverpool) won the 10x10.
