24th Cheshire Go Tournament

The Cheshire Open managed to avoid rail disruption this year to take place in its normal spring spot. Frodsham Community Centre was again the venue on Saturday 2nd March and it attracted 48 players including a minibus from Cheadle Hulme School. Winner was Chenghang Liu (5d Liverpool). Zhan Shi (3d) from Manchester was second. On three wins out of three were Andrew Russell (2k Birmingham), Lauren Hindmarch (10k Lancaster), Joe Bonser (25k Cheadle Hulme School) and Jake Bentham (30k Cheadle Hulme School).
