I visited it in 1998,
with friends in 1999
and again in 2007.
This old stroll garden, started in 1629, lies in Tokyo near to Iidabashi and the Tokyo Dome at Suidobashi. Unfortunatley the dome dominates the east end of the park, but mostly you can block out the busy modern city around.
Though of course much bigger than Cornwall's Japanese Garden, it provides an insight into how faithful a construction the Cornish one is.
