Location

The Osaka Modern Transportation Museum is at Bentencho station on Osaka loop line (JR).

The following locomotives are on display:
1801 (40), 233, "Yoshitsune", C62-26, D51-2, EF52-1, DD13-638, DF50-18, DD54-33, units and shinkansen cars.

Other Facilities

In addition there are exhibits, simulators, model railway, maglev, a shop and restaurant. Outside exhibits, pictured, are now covered over.
Also history of planes, ships and cars.

Opening

Open 10:00 to 17:30. Closed on Mondays and at new year. Also Open on holiday Mondays and during spring/summer school holidays. Entry fee 400 yen (2009).
